Core Aeration

Throughout the year your turf and soil are subjected to stress from constant use and various weather conditions. By early autumn your lawn needs to be rejuvenated in preparation for the following spring. Offered as an optional enhancement service to complement our basic maintenance plan core aeration which involves pulling small cores of soil out of the turf will:

• Reduce soil compaction
• Allow air, water and nutrients to penetrate the soil
• Encourage deeper root growth of turfgrass which will reduce watering needs and improve drought tolerance of your lawn
• Control thatch accumulation
